Since 1985, we are the Irisarri family that is in charge of this bar. In 1985, Juanjo and Isabel (our parents) came from Tafalla, where they already had two catering establishments, and they fell in love with this place. After a spectacular reform, it opened its doors in June of that year and, since then, we have been here at the foot of the canyon, first them and now us, their two children. Over time, the bar has been adapting to the tastes of the clientele and, of course, to the changes in the city. The Pamplona of today has little to do with what it was then, but the good treatment and care in the kitchen do not change, and that is always appreciated by customers.
